In the coming months, we slowly have some more concerts scheduled. Unfortunately the Marc Meets Playground with Jeroen Vierdag-bass, Joost Lijbaart-drums on April 23rd had to be cancelled due to illness. We hope to reschedule this concert to the next season.

On June 18 a concert has been scheduled in which Marc can be heard together with guitarist Jac Bico. Jac Bico is mostly known as the guitarist of the Analogues, the band that performed all studio albums of The Beatles live. This concert Jac will perform pieces from his new solo CD ‘Alone together’ and Marc will play some of his own solo guitar pieces. Of course they will also play together.

On Aug. 4, Ineke will give a masterclass Jazz Interpretation & Improvisation at the prestigious ICVT congress that is being organized this year in Vienna. Vocal professionals from all over the world will participate in the congress. Ineke will work with students from the University of Music and Performing Arts, Vienna.

New Projects
The concert list is modest at the moment for the well-known reason, but that does not mean we are sitting still. Marc is preparing a CD with exclusively his own work for solo guitar and he is working on an impro- opera. Ineke is currently recording in a duo with Jasper van ‘t Hof and in a duo with recorder player and early music specialist Saskia Coolen. More about this later!
